This is an ideal position for an F&B Guest Service Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and join our busy Ibis Styles Birmingham NEC& Airport in this full-time position.
Perfect for someone with hotel experience and a passion for food and beverage operations and customer service, the role offers a salary of £24,012 per annum plus companywide benefits.
The role:
- You will be able and willing to turn your hand to all aspects of hotel life but your primary focus will be on our F&B operations
- You will be focussed on delivering a great experience for our guests and setting a great example for your colleagues as a senior member of the team
- While on shift you will be duty manager, supervising your more junior colleagues
A bit about you:
- You will have experience in hotels or hospitality in a supervisory role (ideally within an Accor-brand property)
- You have experience within F&B
- Are focussed on guest service
- Are a great team player
- You'll enjoy meeting and greeting new people
- Are confident on a computer
- Have a great telephone manner
- Are able to be e to be a fantastic representative of the ibis brand
- As an experienced hotelier you know that we're a 24/7 operation, so flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays should be expected.
We're also looking for candidates with experience in the restaurant industry and the ability to work effectively in a small team.
