Role Overview & Responsibilities

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of families whose lives are affected by domestic abuse?

IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Services) is the leading specialist domestic abuse charity in the Yorkshire region. We are looking for dedicated, courageous and compassionate people to join our inspiring and inclusive team. We are an age inclusive employer with flexible working arrangements to suit a range of people’s circumstances.

We at IDAS value diversity and aspire to reflect this in our workforce. We particularly welcome applications from under-represented sections of the community, in particular from the black, Asian and minority ethnic communities as these are currently under-represented in our teams.

For the position of Regional Manager, we are looking for an exceptional woman to lead our teams across Barnsley and Sheffield. Ideally you will have experience of managing and inspiring teams, be an excellent communicator and have a great understanding of the impacts of domestic abuse.

In return we provide comprehensive training, development opportunities, a competitive salary, 27 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (Full-time), contributory pension scheme, employer-paid health cash plan and access to other national discount schemes.

This post is open to female applicants only as being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
