We are looking for a driven Purchasing Assistant to join the restaurant team.
Description
- Day to day stock ordering
- Accept deliveries, ensure all paperwork (delivery notes, invoices, requisitions, credits and transfers) are input into the system daily
- Ensure the ongoing and accurate maintenance of Epos and Purchasing System (Bichstreet and SAP)
- Researching new products and potential vendors
- Ensure all menus are costed out accurately
- Prepare weekly payments listing and inventory counts
- Ad hoc finance duties as required by the office/finance management team.
- Ensure that all measures, targets, and standard are achieved to the highest audit standard, in a professional and efficient manner
Skills / Experience:
- Data Entry and Reporting Skills
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Strong organisational, analytical and administration skills
- Experience with Epos, Birchstreet and SAP an advantage

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
