InBond Limited are a leading provider of specialist Warehousing and Document Management Services.

Believing in proactive personal development of its employees, InBond Limited are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join the business’ growing team, working alongside the Operations Team Leader and the Contract Operations Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop team building skills and also learn a multitude of warehousing skills.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible attitude towards work and the ability to become part of the team.

The hours of work are 36.25 hours Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm on a rota basis.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • General warehouse operations including FLT driving, stock movements, palletising products, handball etc.
  • Picking, ensuring picking KPI Target
  • Packing orders, ensuing packing KPI Target
  • Receipt and unloading of components.
  • Accurate documentation at all times.
  • Conduct periodic audits.
  • Correct method of return and storage of materials.
  • Good housekeeping and working materials.
  • Good Health and Safety Behaviour Awareness.
  • Updating Warehouse Stock Systems
  • Locating stock, stock taking & cycle counting.
  • Carry out any reasonable task as directed by the Team Leader and/or Contract Operations Manager.
  • To inform Team Leader and/or Contract Operations Manager of Operational Issues/Problems.
  • Loading and unloading
  • Stock Replenishment
  • Stock consolidation
  • Support with SOP documentation
  • Support with risk assessment documentation
  • Be part of team, working on projects and problem solving
  • Returns process

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,625.00 per year

Experience:

  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Fork Lift Licence (preferred)
