Vertical Marketing Manager – VS&I (Hybrid/ Remote)

The Vertical Marketing Manager will build and leverage an understanding of the Automotive Aftermarkets and Industrial market sectors to develop compelling and targeted messaging, promotions, and programs that accelerate sell-through and increase account penetration within our key channels of distribution. This leader will advise Product, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other teams on business strategies and facilitate cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with Commercial Teams, Key Accounts, and End Users to gain understanding of the unique needs within each of the vertical markets Customize New Product Messaging and Go-to-Market Execution for each Vertical and Advise Digital Marketing and Training teams on Content Creation Align with Product and Finance leadership on Revenue, Margin, and Volume impact of Promotional Activities Coordinate with Product Management and Digital Marketing teams to develop Collateral towards targeted Vertical Markets Develop compelling Demand Generation Campaigns for the targeted Vertical Markets

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field) 7+ years of combined sales / marketing experience, industrial product, distribution or category management experience a plus. Experience with analytical analysis showing key performance impact and growth from campaigns and strategies, promotion execution, campaign development, and product activation. Demonstrated knowledge of B2C & B2B customer relationship management and channel growth Ability to travel as required (15-30%); position may be remotely based anywhere in the continental United States

Able to effectively manage programs from start to finish within budget, timeline and desired result. Creative Self Learner: Able to independently stay current on marketing techniques, digital tools and campaigns to execute cost effective solutions for the business.
