Based in Headcorn, Kent, Initial Systems Limited are an established construction company and are currently recruiting for a Booker Keeper/Officer Administrator on a part time basis to help fulfil accounting and administration duties. The position is available for an immediate start.
The position will have flexible working hours and on a freelance hourly basis.
You will be part of a dynamic team and your key responsibilities will include:
- Use of our accountancy system ‘QuickBooks’, previous experience using the software is essential.
- Monthly CIS Returns and Subcontractor authentication
- Filing VAT Returns, producing management accounts and completing bank reconciliations
- Experience using Microsoft programmes such as word, excel and outlook essential.
- General office administration and assisting managing director and quantity surveyor.
Hourly rate is negotiable and dependent upon experience. Role is available for an immediate start.

Salary: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
