Job Description
- Full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week.
- Project Management from order to completion - to deliver projects at a high quality, in compliance with the relevant standards, on time and within budget.
- Manage and be responsible for engineering teams and subcontractors.
- Adherence to H+S rules and preperation of RAMS.
- Completion of O+M Manuals.
- Technical Support of Maintenance Contract work.
- Assistance with Surveys for new and upgrading systems.
- Development of the position may lead to Estimating and Quoting from surveys and tenders.
- Purchasing of equipment.
- Liaising with Directors, Management and Engineering Teams.
Experience and Skills Required
- Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms - essential
- Design of Fire Alarms with complex cause and effect and networking - beneficial
- Technical knowledge of Security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms - essential
- Technical knowledge of IP systems - beneficial
- Microsoft PC computer literacy - essential
- Excellent Communicator
- FIA or other Fire Design qualifications - beneficial
- Driving Licence - essential

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
