Intacept Security are an SIA Approved Contractor seeking a Security Officer (SIA Licenced) to cover security on our customer site located in Bourn, Cambridge. A flexible approach is required and additional hours available as and when required.
Hours: 1800 - 0600 hours (shift pattern 4 on 4 off)
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide a professional security presence
Act as a deterrent to protect customers, property and staff
Duties as specified within Assignment Instructions
Access / egress control
Conduct internal and external patrols, temperature checks, unlocks and locks
Follow emergency procedures and liaise with emergency services as required
Completion of reports and paperwork in accordance with Assignment Instructions
Answer telephone
Some computer work and admin duties
Abide with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements for the role:-
A valid SIA Licence
Excellent written and communication skills
Be computer literate
Organised with the ability to work on own initiative
Follow Assignment Instructions and carry out duties as required by the Customer
