ROLE: Assistance Administrator
IMG is looking for pro-active staff to join the International Assistance team.
SALARY: .£20,000- £21,000 per annum [+ benefits - including a language bonus]
HOURS: Various shift patterns available starting as early as 8 AM
LOCATION: Remote or Hybrid options available
IMG - Global Response provides 24/7 assistance to policy holders and corporate clients all around the world. This includes medical assistance and devices, roadside assistance, claims handling services but to name a few.
Our aim is to 'be there’ for our customers, in routine times and the worst times. This is a fast paced environment with no case ever the same.
What does the job involve?
You will be providing help to insured clients who suffer injury or illness whilst overseas or require roadside assistance. You will assist with the coordination of medical care, the handling of a loss or their return home.
You must be able to work under pressure, we’re very busy so you’ll take high volume of varied customer calls every day. You will utilise your customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting in a professional manner at all times.
Main Duties:
- To handle email communications with clients, providers and customers
- To gather customer information and enter into our case management system
- To verify insured eligibility
- To perform simple tasks as assigned by the team management
