The ideal candidate as a Deputy Manager will have an experience in Fine Jewellery. A positive attitude towards work, as well as excellent clienteling skills, are fundamental to this role. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Fine Jewellery is essential.
Profile
- Experience: minimum of 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or in a luxury retail management role
- KPI-driven and capable of succeeding in a target-driven environment
- Good team player and ability to work on own with high levels of motivation
- Excellent personal presentation
- A passion for customer service and sales floor focus.
- Proactive and positive in approach
- Able to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
