WHAT TO EXPECT
The Powertrain Software Engineering team are keen to appoint someone with experience of delivering support of an administration and organisational nature.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation towards team / departmental audits
- Preparation and planning of department meetings and communications
- Monitoring and maintaining various trackers (first aid lists, fire marshal list)
- Support the engagement process of new starters to the team
- Be a point of contract in support of IT hardware needs and support
- In addition, there will be a need to collate information that support financial forecasting and HR reporting, coordinate team travel plans and help support team training and skills tracking
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential:
- Relevant previous experience in a similar role
- Able to work with close attention to detail
- A capable user of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven interactive and engagement skills along with being organise and proactive to anticipate needs
