We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker that can commute easily to Wellingborough or Irthlingborough or Northampton or Kettering, Corby, and other Northamptonshire area
Job role:
- Looking after and caring for people with various forms of learning disabilities, those disabled, and mental health conditions, supporting them to lead an active, enjoyable, and independent life.
- Looking after people in old age, people suffering from Dementia, Alzheimer, Mental Health, etc to lead an active, enjoyable, and independent life.
- Providing personal care and assistance as required.
- Be able to take oxygen levels, temperature, and blood pressure
- Administering medication (if trained to do so).
- Supervising clients on a 1-1 basis.
- Household duties/light cleaning or laundry as required.
- We have positions in Care Homes, Residential Homes, Mental Health Settings, and Learning Disability homes.
Essential requirements:
- Willingness to learn
- Good English communication skills, verbal and written.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Right to work in the U.K
- 1-year care work experience (Required)
Desirable requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Initial assessment training (not essential)
