Role Overview:
Day-to-day you will be dealing with and advising our customers on our extensive range of equestrian, country and pet ranges. You will be part of a highly motivated and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible shopping experience whilst in our store.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Management team lead and motivate a high performing, highly engaged team of colleagues.
- Support a culture of exceptional customer service and win customers for life by exceeding their expectations.
- Uphold a store that is safe and compliant operating environment for all colleagues and customers.
- Deliver our financial results in line with or in excess of company targets.
- Follow processes and policies in line with expectations.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge preferred:

- Clear, confident, and motivational communicator with excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Experience of effectively prioritising workload to achieve team goals and objectives.

- Keen interest in riding and/or the equine community.
