Your Responsibilities

As Product Manager – Platform Experience & Cloud Administration, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key platform experiences including navigation, onboarding, user access, and cloud administration. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Architecture, you will drive improvements that enhance usability, customer trust, and platform scalability, helping shape how thousands of users experience Jedox every day.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Platform Navigation, BaseUI, and Cloud Console capabilities.
  • Lead discovery and product validation: Conduct user research, gather stakeholder input, analyze customer needs, and validate opportunities to ensure impactful product investments.
  • Shape the platform experience: Improve navigation, onboarding, login experiences, session management, and integrations with platform services such as analytics and feature flagging solutions.
  • Drive Cloud Console evolution: Enhance the self-service administration experience, enabling IT teams to efficiently manage environments, users, permissions, and access controls.
  • Manage end-to-end product delivery: Guide initiatives from concept through delivery, launch, and communication while ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize and make trade-offs: Balance customer needs, technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term platform goals to make informed product decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture: Collaborate closely with technical leaders to align short-term delivery with sustainable platform architecture and scalability.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment: Work with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to build shared understanding and drive successful execution.
  • Monitor product success: Define key outcomes, measure adoption and user experience improvements, and continuously optimize platform capabilities.
  • Champion customer-centric innovation: Ensure platform experiences support both end users and IT administrators while strengthening customer trust and satisfaction.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
  • Administrators can complete common configuration and management tasks independently without requiring support tickets.
  • Time-to-value for new users is significantly reduced through enhanced onboarding and navigation experiences.
  • A clear, credible multi-year platform roadmap is established and supported by Engineering, Sales, and Leadership stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience owning and developing foundational product areas such as platform services, administrative experiences, developer portals, or similar infrastructure-related products.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of both IT buyers/administrators and end users.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to build trust with engineering teams through clear problem definition, structured thinking, and pragmatic decision-making.
  • Experience navigating dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and turning complexity into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Based within a European time zone.

What’s in It for You

  • Join a profitable, growing software company with a strong global presence across Europe, North America, and APAC.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of a rapidly scaling cloud platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide.
  • Work on high-impact platform experiences that influence how tens of thousands of users interact with Jedox every day.
  • Collaborate with talented international teams in a culture built around #OneTeam, innovation, and impactful results.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to products that deliver real customer value.
  • Help define strategic platform decisions that will shape the Jedox experience for years to come.
