Based at London Stansted Airport and reporting to the Ground Operations Training Manager, the Ground Operations Training Supervisor will provide support and guidance to a team of trainers within their airport.

What will you do as a Ground Operations Training Supervisor?
- Provide support, coaching and mentoring to a team of trainers within London Stansted Airport.
- Manage and monitor the performance of your trainers and training activities
- Work with local management and planning teams to identify training needs and create robust training plans to deliver the skills necessary for the operation
- Monitor the progress, delivery and completion of training plans and undertake reviews
- Attend meetings and events as required - these include monthly training reviews, local management meetings, remote meetings and training conferences.
- Support the design and development of initial and recurrent training and produce reports for training engagement and compliance
- Actively promotes safety and company policies and procedures and act as a champion of Jet2.com ‘Take Me There’ values

This role is available on a 40 hour per week permanent contract basis. Working hours are Monday- Friday with flexibility to support the operation as required.
A subject matter expert in Ground Operations procedures, you will have a proven track record of delivering training/teaching, ideally to ground operations colleagues, in a fast-paced environment. It is preferable you will have experience of supervising teams of trainers or operational colleagues and will have the ability to effectively share your knowledge and embed learning as well as be able to engage and influence others. You will be passionate about training and developing others and be able to utilise data and analyse trends within reporting.
