Business Development Manager – Automotive Aftermarket
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join a growing UK automotive aftermarket division of a renowned manufacturer.
As a vital member of the UK sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding their presence in the UK aftermarket market.
This is a national role so you can be based anywhere in the UK. However, overnight stays will be required to be successful in the position.
You will be expected to develop relationships at motor factor level, networking with the leading players in the aftermarket industry and finding new opportunities to expand their market share.
You will be a hunter who will be systematic and logical in your journey planning and sales prospecting.
The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of field sales experience and, ideally, an in-depth knowledge of the UK automotive aftermarket.
You must be comfortable working with a range of people, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to use your initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities.
