This is a remote job - you can be based anywhere in the world.
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting practice, and will be able to hit the ground running, having a direct impact on the firm from day 1.
You will be at least AAT Level 4 or ACCA/ACA qualified. Future training programmes are encouraged such as CTA.
You will be located in a business hub which has a free gym, hair salon, nursery, café, and plenty of parking.
What will you receive by working with JSM:
- Salary range is between £35,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Profit share scheme (expected circa £20,000 pa)

You should have the following attributes:
- 3 Years+ accounting experience in an accounting practice
- Detailed understanding of accounting practices
- Experience in reviewing junior members’ work
- Ability to communicate well with clients
- Be able to advise owner managed businesses with basic tax planning
- Experience with Xero
