Are you passionate about innovation and product development? Do you have at least 5 years of R & D non-woven background experience?
Do have the following qualities:
- You should have the ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- You should be experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
- Nonwovens are important in many industries and applications - you should demonstrate a range of industrial experience and be comfortable working within-end use applications.
- Proven ability to inspire internal teams and clients to push the boundaries of what they thought was possible.
- You should identify and be inspired by disruptive innovation and transformational ideas and be able to pass this on to others around you.
- You should be able to form thoughtful and considered perspectives, supported by both objective fact and strategic conviction.
A Ph.D. or Degree/Master in Textile or Material Science/Engineering with a minimum of five years of experience that includes leadership, and commercially focused R&D projects.
