Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks such as coffee, tea, and other hot beverages to patrons at the counter.
- Give customers orders of food or other merchandise that they have ordered, and take payment for these items.
- Present a clean appearance and create a positive atmosphere for the store.
- Be responsible and accountable for the quality of their work, upkeep of equipment, and store cleanliness.
- Resolve disputes between customers.
