GENERAL KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Grade C £10.50 p/hour
12.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday (term time plus 2 cleaning days)
Fixed term contract until July 2024
Start Date: as soon as possible
The Bishops’ C of E Learning Academy is part of the Kernow Learning Trust. Our friendly primary school has around 390 pupils on roll. We are a nurturing church school, where every child is encouraged to belong, believe, aspire, achieve. Strong links with parents, the local community and the other schools within the Trust, along with skilled, dedicated staff make this an exciting and rewarding school to be part of.
We require a General Kitchen Assistant to help with the preparation and service of school meals in our busy school kitchen to start as soon as possible. This is a fixed term contract until July 2024 with working hours of 12.5 hours per week.
Experience of working in a catering environment and a current food hygiene certificate are desirable, but not essential as training will be given.
