Duties
- Document Scanning/Filing & Data Input
- Answering phone calls and providing a high standard of customer service
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
- Ability to use initiative to organise and update databases
Candidate
- Experience in working in a busy office environment
- Great Time Management skills
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Brilliant Customer service skills
- Confident with generic computer programs (Word, Excel & Outlook)
