Our hotel is seeking an experienced and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The posted position is for a motivated individual with a background in hospitality, assist the existing team members with their daily tasks and handle guest enquiry's.

We are looking to cover 7 evenings and the weekends with 2 part time receptionists. Flexible shifts.

We also require a weekend receptionist daytime and evening. Flexible days. Shifts flexible.

Hours would be from 5pm - 10pm Monday - Fridays

Saturday/ Sunday 8am - 3pm

Saturday/ Sunday 3pm - 10pm

Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and providing guests with information about the hotel and Edinburgh.
• Checking guests out.
• Helping with onwards directions if required.
• Taking bookings and enquiries over the phone and online.
• Capable of being trained to use our online booking system.
• Daily admin as required.

Full training given.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
