Scope of Role
Reporting to the Shift Manager, the process operative will operate machinery to produce and fit Energy Storage products to satisfy customer quality and demands.
Compliance
- Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encouraging personnel to do the same.
- Developing personnel awareness of product compliance obligations.
- Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and fit our products to satisfy Customer quality and demand
- Work as part of the production team.
- To maintain required quality standards and carry out product quality checks as part of the production process.
- Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks as required.
- Complete production, quality and maintenance reports
- Work safely and effectively in accordance with the Work Instructions for the tasks and comply with all Health and Safety Standards
- To meet machinery / fitting production targets and actively participate in activities designed to
- Continuously improve machine and fitting productivity
- To ensure all products meet with Customer specifications and is well presented
- To carry out all safety, production, quality checks, and complete documentation as appropriate
- To work within a team or unsupervised, and to ensure “right first time."
- To minimise downtimes in all areas.
- To be successful in this role you must have experience within a fast moving production line operating heavy machinery.
