CNC Machinist
Gloucester
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000, 25 days holiday + Banks, Buy/sell annual leave, Profit sharing annual bonus, Up to 8% matched pension

The Role:
Your main responsibilities include:
- Carrying out different machining operations on CNC machinery
- Work in a large machine shop on various machines
- Be involved with continuous improvement to optimise work processes
- Reading and working off production drawings
- Experience using measuring equipment
The Candidate:
Essential:
- Completed a Level 3 advanced apprenticeship of NVQ in machining (Can support you to complete if you don’t have one)
- Experience on CNC machines (Setting, operating and programming)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Milling and turning experience
- Ability to set own tools
- Understand Lean manufacturing technique
