We are looking for dynamic Warehouse Operatives to work as a part of our busy Warehouse team. We can offer excellent rates of pay, pension, healthcare cash back scheme and life assurance.
Back Shifts Available - 14.00-23.00. Monday to Friday – 9 hours per day. 1 hour unpaid lunch.
The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative include:
- Work within the Warehouse department managing the physical handling of clients’ goods – Heavy lifting will be involved.
- Loading and unloading and putting away of palletised goods in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Provide general assistance where necessary in the Warehouse / Transit Operations.
- Pick goods accurately and efficiently within any deadlines given.
The essential qualities of the applicants should include:
- The ability to demonstrate experience of warehouse work and trailer loading
- The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst prioritising H & S in the workplace
- Good time management
- Good standard of English/Maths
- Good communication skills
- Team work and co-operation
