Role Overview & Responsibilities

Knoops is an exciting and ambitious company specialising in Chocolate drinks. We opened in Rye on the South coast in 2013 and have opened a further 6 stores since (with more planned!)

We are looking for an experienced assistant store manager who has very high standards and a proven ability to always strive for the best. The ideal candidate will be responsible for store performance and team training and development. You will work to drive customer loyalty and cement our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and KPI’s in store
  • Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
  • Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications

  • 1+ years' café assistant management experience
  • Numerate
