Laceys Family Farm is a family business with Farm, Milk bottling and Delivery service and Farm Shop. We are passionate about farming to the highest standard and looking after the countryside we live and work in. Our pedigree Guernsey cows produce award winning milks and creams which are bottled in our on site facility and sold through out the local area. The farm shop and butchery has a great range of produce from our farm as well as many other local farmers and growers. From field to fork we are passionate about quality local produce.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our farm shop team. You will assist in the day to day running of the farm shop, where you will be working in a professional, highly motivated and organised family business, with input in to the daily running of it.

We are looking for someone who loves working with people and experience in retail. You will be interacting with customers on a daily basis, so will possess excellent communication skills. You must be self-motivated, organised and flexible as the role will develop and evolve as the business grows.

Previous retail experience necessary.

This position is on a two-week rota (includes alternate weekend work). Ave 40 hours per week

Monday 9-2

Tuesday 7.30-5.30

Wednesday 10 - 5.30

Friday 7.30-5.30

Week 2

Monday 9-2

Friday 7.30-5.30

Saturday 7 – 4.30

Sunday 8- 3.30

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
