About the role: Learning support worker (Walthamstow)
Join us in an incredibly rewarding role as a Support Worker for students with complex needs between the ages of 16 and 25 years old! As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to create a safe, dynamic, and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and development. Through positive interactions, you will help to build the confidence and self-esteem of our students, while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure their progress is always our top priority. Requirements:
- Available to work 08:45 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
- Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service.
