We are looking for an amazing Primary/ Secondary Teaching Assistant to join our amazing staff at Lara search! you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in providing a high-quality education for pupils at our Primary School. Your main duties will include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all students.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide additional support and help them achieve their learning goals.
- Assist in the creation of learning materials, resources, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and report on their achievement to teachers and parents.
- Support the maintenance of a positive and safe learning environment.
- Provide support for students with additional needs, including those with disabilities or learning difficulties.
Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Teaching Assistant with experience supporting Primary students.
- Available immediately to work as a Primary Teaching Assistant.
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS on the updated service.
