Assistant Property Manager
Southwark London
£25/7,000 pa starting salary
Hours Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
About the job
Provide administration and co-ordinating support to Property Managers.
Duties will included but not limited to:-
Ensuring relevant safety certificates up to date and arrange renewals with contractors when required.
Arrange inventories and book mid term inspections
Liaise with utility companies at end and beginning of tenancies
Provide phone support, confidently liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors as required
Attend property inspections with Property Managers initially, with the ability to carry out inspections and reports independently following training.
Maintain excellent working relationships with Landlords and key partners by communicating and managing expectations effectively.
