Part time Sales Assistant (16-24 hours per week)
£12 - £14 per hour with monthly commission + quarterly bonus
Les Nereides Paris, is a French luxury costume jewellery brand established since 1980. With its rapid global expansion, the brand aims to create a unique and luxurious retail experience and offer our customers its best creative and original designs.
We are looking for a part time sales assistant which are able to commute to our Covent Garden store (wc2e 9jt) and King's road store (sw3 4tr) in central London.
- Contribute to achieving the location’s performance targets and individual KPI’s
- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop customer loyalty by building and maintain a good customer relationship.
- Represent the brand at all times being an ambassador.
- Participate in regular training to continuously develop
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance.
- Support all operation and stock management
Profile
- Previous experience in the fashion retail industry
- Dedicated to high levels of customer service
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Target driven, proactive, and positive attitude
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels, with great attention to detail

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff is required to wear a mask on the shop floor. All customers are required to wear a mask in the shop. A limited number of customers are allowed in the shop at once. Common surfaces are required to be sanitised and cleaned regularly.
