The Opportunity
As part of the management team within our Food & Beverage operations at our hotels. Our Food & Beverage Supervisors will be pivotal to the ongoing success of the department.
Our food and beverage supervisor plays an integral part within our hotels, not only will you be part of a great team delivering high-class food and beverage experiences in this hotel, but you will also provide support to the food & beverage management team in driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for preparing the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring high standards of presentation are met. As the face of the business, you will be an ambassador of the hotel, upholding the brand's reputation through delivering exceptional customer service.
You will assist the Food & Beverage Manager, in the continuing delivery of exceptional food experience to all our guests and deputise in their absence.

Ideal Candidate
- You will be passionate about Food and Beverage - that's a given!
- Proven experience of working in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a food and beverage environment.
- Will have an authentic and passionate approach
- The ability to create a positive culture within the team
- Ability to drive and motivate teams through periods of change, with the ability to recognise and develop future stars
- Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong organisation and planning skills
