Job Title: DESIGN ASSISTANT

A motivated and design driven person required for international design house.

Lighting Design Partnership International (LDPi) are one of the World’s leading lighting architects with the design core and HQ based in Edinburgh.

The position would be located from the Edinburgh HQ.

With studios in Edinburgh, London, Dubai, Muscat, Pune & Khobar, LDPi work on large architectural and urban development’s worldwide with some of the most prominent design teams.

With a series of collaborations across all design fields, from nautical design to the music industry,

LDPi are expanding both their design interests and their international studios.

Within a fast paced dynamic working environment, LDPi seek an interesting creative individual to assist with communication between studios and assist with inhouse coordination and administration.

You will be responsible for a balanced and ambitious communications strategy both internally and externally. You will also support our design teams with design work as well as assisting in the everyday coordination of projects.

We seek an interesting individual who is driven by design and lifestyle. Industry experience and a background in design is expected as well as passion and excellent communication skills.

Required Skillset:

  • Preferred backgrounds are from fields of Architecture and Interior Design.
  • A design background irrespective of discipline is essential.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working within the design industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design software with emphasis on Autocad, InDesign and

Adobe Suite.

  • Highly organised with excellent spoken and written English.
  • An ambition to drive the growth of the brand, becoming a long term and integral part of the team.
