Key Responsibilities include:





Being responsible for managing a Lindt portfolio and marketing plans, you’ll deliver all business and marketing objectives, supported by the Senior Brand Manager.


Portfolio Management



Leads the development of new and innovative products from insight to launch: from P&L to execution (including supplier briefings, project proposals and relationships with factories, cost & feasibility, artwork management and all internal alignments)



Leads the innovation pipeline in collaboration with the SBM, Category Strategist and Business Intelligence team, in line with the five-year plan vision



Leads the range delists and priority recommendations supported by Category Management



Marketing Plans and Activation



Leads certain communication, advertising and creative projects ATL and BLT in collaboration with the SBM



Leads the execution and implementation of brand plans, campaigns and activations in collaboration with Customer Marketing, working closely with multiple agencies.



Sets up clear KPIs, analyse activities, and propose adaptations to the brand plan when performance is not met or when alternative activities are seen to deliver better results



Budget and P&L Management



Ongoing Business Analysis



Leads monthly Brand Review (brand input to monthly business process) and coordinate brand champions across functions (sales, shopper, supply, finance)



Ongoing analysis of brand performance using internal and external data, identifying issues and opportunities in the market to ensure targets are achieved (NTS/GP/Market Share/Penetration)





Lead Brand Planning:



In collaboration with the SBM, lead the development of the growth strategy through analysing key internal data (NTS & GP) and market dynamics (brand performance indicators such as market share, VOD, AUP, penetration etc.), drawing insightful conclusions to support brand planning



Contribute to Y+3 portfolio and brand plan, developing 360 multi touch points strong brand equity activation plan with alignment with International Marketing



Deliver contribution in line with process communicated by Management on time



Develop Consumer & Competitor Insight



Propose and lead research projects to gain consumer insights with clear action standards, working closely with the Business Intelligence team.



Other Responsibilities:

Expected to take additional ‘champion’ lead for ad-hoc or ongoing projects






What experience you’ll bring



Previous experience at BM level within a large FMCG Company, experienced in analysing data (Kantar, Nielsen/IRI, Internal data such as Cognos)



Experience of managing a P&L



Resilience and assertiveness



Creative and entrepreneurial



Ideally, educated to degree level or equivalent



Analytical skills and strategic ability



Experience of working cross-functionally with good networking and relationship management skills



Well organised, able to multi-task with extensive project management experience



Result and solution-orientated



Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills



Premium brand sensitivity



Microsoft office skills – Experienced and proficient at a high level in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
