About the role
We are looking for an experienced ESL Teacher to join our fast-growing team of creatives, educators, marketers, and engineers.
What you’ll do:
- Plan lessons for assigned classes and teach English classes in accordance with our program on our ever-evolving educational technology platform
- Apply modern methodology solutions in a welcoming classroom
- Evaluate learner progress, and provide ongoing and encouraging guidance for their continued development
- Participate in online extracurricular activities like conversation clubs, games, and webinars to help build a community of learners
What you bring to the table:
- A demonstrated passion for lifelong learning as evidenced by energy and positivity
- 1-3 years of similar experience teaching English online to adult learners individually and in groups
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly learning environment
- A creative, tolerant, and open mindset
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and relationship skills
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, CELTA YL and DELTA certificates are a plus!
