Lola Lo is looking for party starting and energetic bartenders to join the tribe!
If you’re looking to perfect your cocktail skills or enter the world of bartending for the first time... This is where you need to be!
Our bartenders are dynamic, passionate about cocktails and have BIG personalities.
Candidates must be passionate about what they do, understand what hospitality is all about and be excited about working in a late-night, fast-paced environment.
Experience in a fast paced, service-oriented environment is preferable but not essential as full training is provided. If you have no previous bartending experience, you'll begin your training as 'Bar Support' whilst you're given the opportunity to attend training sessions to learn how to make our most popular cocktails in the background.
Bar Support Duties include: Stocking up bars and fridges, Prepping fruit & Cocktail garnishes, Glass Collecting, Ensuring back of house & customer areas are clean & tidy at all times, Adhering to high Health & Safety requirements, & Assisting the bartenders in opening and closing bars to the brand standard.
The ideal candidates will already have good product knowledge of popular spirit & champagne brands & will have attended (and enjoyed) a Lola Lo club night before!
Applicants must be available to work weekends, bank holidays & key dates.
