Role Overview & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

REPORTS TO: Office Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal assessments

· Liaise with solicitors to book legal assessments

· Send quotes

· Book into therapist’s calendars

· Send confidential reports

Recruitment

· Assist the recruitment team by placing ads, vetting CV’s and booking interviews

· Liaise with HR and Immigration to maintain paperwork associated with recruitment

· Liase with HR to assist to maintain updated staff records

· Apply for DBS’ for new staff

· Conduct RTW checks

Reception

· Manage email and phone enquires

· Manage incoming payments

· Manage staff and room calendars

· Filter enquires

· Liaise and manage external professionals including contractors

· Send confidential information adhering to GDPR standards

Client Management

· Schedule new, recurrent and intensive appointments

· Manage calendar changes (cancellations, rescheduling, holidays, one off visits, timetables, reviews)

· Manage Payments

Administrative support

· Assist various teams to maintain up to date paperwork

· Assist Merton team with booking of assessments, record and action received EHCP’s and system data entry

· Assist with scheduling and calendar planning

· Liaise with external stakeholders to sign contracts and plan service delivery

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
