Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Social Media Specialist with a proven track record of success to join our estate agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our estate agency
  • Managing our social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions
  • Collaborating with the team to identify new marketing opportunities and set targets for growth

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think strategically
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
