Role Overview & Responsibilities

PMO Analyst - Insurance

We are currently hiring for a PMO Analyst with Agile Development Technology experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

This role will be hybrid- Remote working with travel to London office on Ad Hoc Basis.

Inside IR35

Requirements:

  • Maintain and monitor programme plans and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage the RAID process and associated logs Develop and manage a monthly reporting process for tracking relevant management information.
  • Manage the agenda, attendees and production of supporting materials for all governance forums, ensuring timely production of materials and effective follow up of actions and production of minutes
  • Supporting in the development of the overall governance framework and change control processes.
  • Organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on actions and decisions from key governance meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Manage 3rd party supplier processes.
  • Support all Statement of Work activity.

Experience:

  • Insurance / Financial Services Industry Experience
  • Understanding of Digital transformation activities
  • Proven ability to manage to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Agile Development Technology Programme experience
