Senior Motion Graphics Designer
6-month contract
£387 p/d Inside IR35
Location: Bracknell (remote role)
Our client, a global IT service provider, are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics / Animator Video Editor. Being responsible for creating stunning animations, visual effects, and motion graphics, as well as coaching / training Junior and Mid-Weight Motion Designers across a diverse range of projects, the successful candidate should have an extensive background of industry-standard softwares.
As well as having industry strength skills, the successful candidate should have a creative background with a keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense. You must be comfortable working with customers in presenting ideas and solutions. A highly collaborative team player you'll be passionate about conceptualizing and transforming creative concepts into industry leading campaigns and media assets.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with business leaders, marketing professionals, partner agencies, sales managers and bid directors to develop projects from concept to customer
- Set creative direction on projects and assure the quality of production
- Lead delivery of multiple projects in parallel

- Communication skills - can communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You set expectations and facilitate discussions and manage delivery risk. Can give and receive constructive feedback, facilitating the continuous improvement cycle. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end motion design services.
- Experience of working with distributed global teams would be an advantage.
Essential skills:
- Abode Creative Suite
- Storyboard experience (visual)
Highly desirable skills:
- 3D Motion Design packages (such as Cinema 4D)
- Degree in Video, Motion Design or equivalent industry experience within TV, Film or Broadcast industry
