Job Overview:
The LPL Financial Institution Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant with a high proficiency in all facets of lead generation and nurture strategies leveraging digital channels, content marketing and traditional approaches. In this position, you will act as a senior marketing consultant supporting our institution business using B2B data-driven demand generation approaches. Working closely with the Vice Presidents of B2B Marketing Strategy, you will help set the strategy for driving scalable growth through an integrated, orchestrated experience built on data, automation, customer journeys and content marketing within this fast-growing area within LPL. This role will work in close alignment with marketing shared resource teams, business strategy, relationship managers, and sales/business development and will drive flawless, rapid execution, and work well across multiple projects to get things done.
Responsibilities:
Leverage your knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing to support our fast-growing Institution business with robust integrated and coordinated marketing efforts across prospects as well as existing institutionsExecute integrated, orchestrated experiences across the various segments designed to drive engagement, leads and measurable results built on data, automation, customer journeys and content marketingReport directly to the Vice President B2B Marketing Strategist while providing support for our 2 functional areas: driving growth with our most important prospects, as well as scalable engagement and lead generation within our existing clientsSupport the strategy development, program buildout and execution of priority marketing efforts through close partnership with creative, digital, and marketing operations teamsDeliver integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns (i.e., paid digital, direct mail, email, webinars, content, events, conferences, etc.)Partner with Business Strategy and RM teams to become deep experts on the Institution client segments and profiles to inform targeted and relevant strategiesHelp deliver insightful reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue; track key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, maintain dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as neededCollaborate with compliance to ensure content, brand, and messaging are approved.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing and digital marketing.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, a related field, or an additional 2+ years of professional marketing experience
Core Competencies:
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsTeam player with the confidence to ask questions and offer suggestionsStrong collaboration, communication, and presentations skills, comfortable working/navigating across a large company environment
Preferences:
Solid understanding of paid digital, direct mail, email, webinars, content creation/content marketing, events, and conferencesSolid understanding of campaign management and executionFinancial Services experience
Pay Range:
$75,520-$113,280/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
