Logistics Support Network are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Night Driver, for a client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. We are looking for a driver to start Monday to Friday between 2200-2300.
The main roles of HGV Class 2 Night Driver will include:
- Delivering to car garages overnight
- Unloading stock into garages in cages & on pallets (manual offload)
- Working for clients’ night network
- Keeping in contact with the depot and reporting any issues as they happen
- Completion of all relevant paperwork
- Three days training is provided (paid)
To be considered, HGV Class 2 Night Driver are required to have the following:
- Must hold a current, valid Class 2/C UK licence
- Must have a digital tachograph card & full CPC card
- No DR’s or DD’s endorsements (for insurance purposes only)
- Must successfully pass a 2-hour assessment & induction (paid)
- Minimum for 6 months’ experience required (for insurance purposes only)
We are pleased to offer the following pay rates –
- £17.13ph for the first 45 hours / £19.90ph after 45 hours (PAYE)
For PAYE workers, holiday pay is accrued separately to the above rates.
This role is Monday to Friday starting between 2200-2300 hours. Average shift is roughly 10 – 11 hours.
