Impact Investment Associate


Salary from £32,960 to £37,705 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £40,432 pa inclusive of London allowance


Established in 2022, the 100x Impact Accelerator identifies, invests in, and accelerates the most promising social enterprises that are addressing the world’s most pressing social problems. Based in the London School of Economics and anchored with a £50 million philanthropic gift, the 100x Impact Accelerator aims to leverage the research within the LSE to identify critical gaps and levers within pressing social sectors, and then find social enterprises with solutions to those problems.


The Impact Investment Associate will be responsible for the design and implementation of a best-in-class reporting framework to measure and evaluate the success of a first-of-its-kind venture acceleration programme for social enterprises (non-profit and for-profit). The role will involve working closely with our Head of Impact Investments to build out a smooth and efficient sourcing, selecting and reporting process to onboard outstanding social ventures to the programme, creating impact at scale.


Candidates should have:

  • Relevant experience reporting on grants and/or investments at a previous international NGO or investment fund
  • Strong communication skills with external stakeholders (for example social enterprises), that is clear and transparent, in line with our values
  • Ability and willingness to actively seek feedback and proactively develop activities to improve service
  • Ability to work with and analyse large sets of data using online analytics
