Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialistto join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance withenvironmental, health, and safety regulations, implementing best practices, and fostering aculture of safety within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developingand implementing EHS programs, conducting audits and inspections, identifying potentialhazards, and providing training to employees. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) are highly desirable.Proven experience (3-5 years) working as an EHS Specialist, preferably in the glass industry or a related manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory bodies.Familiarity with glass manufacturing processes, equipment, and associated hazards.Ability to assess risks, develop practical solutions, and implement effective EHS programs to prevent incidents and ensure compliance.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and effectively communicate EHS requirements to all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset and attention to detail to conduct thorough inspections, investigations, and data analysis.Proficiency in using EHS management software and tools to track and report on EHS performance metrics.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with employees, management, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.

Compensation Range:DOE: $80,000 to $110,000
