Cambridge Key Holder
We are looking for 2 full time Key Holders to join the team & work in our brand new store opening in Nottingham (Early 2023)
In 2023 we are opening more stores across the UK it an incredibly exciting time to join our amazing growing retail team. We can’t wait to expand and give customers the chance to come hang out with us in person & try things on!
What you'll be doing...
- You will need to become an expert on all things Lucy & Yak - from products and sizing, to sustainability and ethics.
- Serving, welcoming customers in the store and delivering amazing experiences
- General shop floor responsibilities such as restocking & keeping the shop clean tidy and inviting
- Support in creating fun and engaging content as a team for the Lucy & Yak Cambridge Instagram
- Ensuring customer experience & satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do
- Opening & closing the store when needed
- Support with working events - this may include the occasional evening

- Great customer service skills
- Previous Retail experience opening & closing a store is highly desirable
- A desire to grow & progress
- Knowledge of Lucy & Yak as a brand + our products would be a massive bonus!!

The fine print
- £11.30 per hour
- Full time - 37.5 hour contract
- Based in Cambridge
