Responsibilities / Position overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well organized professional to join our Editorial team in an entry-level Editor role. This position is responsible for ensuring that all materials are precise, correctly formatted, consistent, and accurate.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Formatting and proofing client deliverables and internal company documents in Microsoft Word® and PowerPoint®
  • Ensuring that all documents are in line with house or client style (as appropriate)
  • Compiling reference packs using Endnote®
  • Updating Lumanity templates
  • Helping to maintain the Editorial schedule
Qualifications:
  • A meticulous approach to work and an eye for detail
  • High levels of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint and general IT skills
  • Excellent written English, including good spelling and grammar
  • Degree-level education (ideally in a biomedical science subject)
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive attitude to teamwork
  • A keen interest in reading and reviewing medical research and pharmacoeconomics-related documents
