Responsibilities:
- Remove rubbish from work areas and place in designated recycling bins.
- Remove waste from workplace by bagging and disposing of waste.
- Clean and disinfect all surfaces, equipment, and tools.
- Operate and maintain dish washer.
- Prepare basic food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and pasta dishes.
- Ensure cleanliness of various food preparation areas.
- Keep the kitchen clean and safe at all times.
