Job description
- Enter customer tickets into accounting system.
- Processing, matching, and coding invoices.
- Investigate anomalies and deal with supplier queries.
- General accounts administration.
- Run daily reports.
- Assisting finance department in various areas.
Key Skills
- A high level of numeracy understanding.
- Ability to do simple formulas on Excel.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and highly organised with good time management skills.
- Excellent IT Skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, 6am – 11.30am
Salary: £10.60/ hour
