Mademoiselle Colette is Now Hiring an Experienced Baker!
Mademoiselle Colette is a woman owned French Patisserie growing and extending our business.
We are looking for experienced bakers with a passion for baking authentic French bread and pastries to join our awesome team of professionals. Our Executive Chef has extensive experience in French pastry, viennoiserie and bread and will share his knowledge with you. If you are a professional and enjoy baking, we would like to meet you.
Required:
- Experience in production
- Strong baking techniques
- Knowledge of scaling ingredients
- Know how to shape bread dough, make baguettes, sourdough and oven operation
- Must have a good sense of urgency, and ability to work fast
- Must be able to carry over 30 pounds
- Good working knowledge of dough roller, sheeter and mixers
- Enthusiastic & positive attitude
- Organization
- Team oriented
IDEALLY EXPERIENCE IN BREAD MAKING & VIENNOISERIES
Responsibilities:
- Prepare viennoiserie and bread while in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Assist Executive Pastry Chef
The right candidate must have experience as a baker and must know how to work cleanly, efficiently and quickly. Having a positive work attitude and know how to work efficiently as a team is a must.'
