Warehouse Operative – Permanent Dispatcher
Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday 10am-6pm
Total = 16 hours per week
Mainline Menswear are a leading online retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. We are an established retailer of high-end designer clothing carrying over 100 different brands including Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Vivienne Westwood and DSQUARED2. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock and meet order delivery deadlines.
We are looking individuals to work 16 hours per week, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-6pm. This role is to support our order teams within the warehouse and achieve our delivery schedules by packing and dispatching customer orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check the quality of the items that are being dispatched including taking the time to repackage poorly presented items.
- Dispatch orders ensuring all items are scanned and placed into the correct size packaging, sealed and stickered correctly working to a set number of items dispatched per hour.
- Organise dispatch benches to ensure a supply of the correct bags / bubble wrap / labels / catalogues.
- Maintain cleanliness around dispatching benches.
- Moving cages of parcels to ensure rotation of items dispatched each day.
- Filling cages and checking parcel courier is collect pre daily collection,
- Working on a handheld scanner to boxfill and collate orders onto dispatching benches.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse at all times.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
